1200 S. Figueroa Street/Project Meeting

1200 S. Figueroa is designed to be a mixed-use retail/residential/parking building consisting two, 34-story residential towers and an 8-story concrete podium with seven levels of above-grade and two levels of below-grade parking. The project will also have ground-level retail located on Figueroa and 12th Street. Lend Lease is the General Contractor for this project, and construction is expected to be complete late 2017.
Lend Lease will adhere to local requirements for work hours permitted by the City of Los Angeles. Should construction activities be required outside these general hours, Lend Lease will follow the required variance permit approval processes. Construction site logistics have been developed through coordination meetings with Los Angeles Department of Transportation, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, STAPLES Center, LA Convention Center, LA Tourism and AEG Facilities.
